Travel Awards are accepted on a rolling basis *
The Office of Undergraduate Research is pleased to announce two sources of funding, UR Travel Awards and UR Research Grants, available to undergraduate researchers in 2008-09. Research includes any and all scholarly and/or creative investigation through which analysis and interpretation lead to presentable conclusions. The presentation may take a myriad of forms, including but not limited to, papers, abstracts, exhibitions or performances. We strongly suggest that you meet with us to discuss your grant application prior to the deadline. To set up a grant review with Ms. Schumacher contact her at ur@ur.usf.edu.
* Travel Awards are accepted on a rolling basis as soon as your acceptance letter is received. If attendance is dependent on receiving funding, please set an appointment with Ms. Schumacher as soon as possible to discuss your plans.

Grant Guidelines for both Research Grants and Travel Awards

Travel Award Application for up to $600 domestic, covering: airfare/mileage, conference reg, and hotel

A progress report is due via email at midterm of each term.
The final update for each term is due at the end of each term.
It is very important that you keep us updated to be considered for future funding.
